Common Questions

Do I need to make a reservation? +
No reservation needed for Open Arena and Console Lounge — just walk in anytime. VIP Suites and Streaming Zone can be reserved in advance by contacting us via email or phone.
Is there a membership requirement? +
No membership required! CRENVOK is open to everyone. However, members enjoy priority access, discounts, and exclusive tournament invites. Ask our front desk about membership options.
Are children allowed? +
Players aged 13 and above are welcome. Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their first visit to sign our minors' consent form.
Can I bring my own peripherals? +
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard, or headset. Our stations have USB ports and standard 3.5mm audio jacks. Note: external peripherals are not allowed during official tournaments.
Is food and drinks available? +
Yes! CRENVOK has an in-house snack bar serving light meals, games snacks, energy drinks, coffee, and juice. All food must be consumed in designated areas to protect the equipment.
