1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CRENVOK Games Club website at crenvok.com and/or visiting our physical premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Use of Facilities

Access to CRENVOK's games facilities is subject to the following conditions:

• Users must be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have signed parental consent on file.
• All users are required to present a valid ID or register upon first visit.
• CRENVOK reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our house rules.
• Users must treat equipment with care. Intentional damage will result in full financial liability and permanent ban.
• Food and beverages are restricted to designated areas. No food or drinks near games equipment.

3. Code of Conduct

All users of CRENVOK's facilities agree to:

• Treat fellow gamers, staff, and property with respect at all times
• Refrain from using offensive language, harassment, bullying, or threats — in person or in-game
• Not use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software on CRENVOK hardware
• Not access, tamper with, or attempt to modify CRENVOK's systems or network
• Not engage in any illegal activity on the premises or via CRENVOK's network

Violations may result in immediate ejection, ban from the premises, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

4. Equipment & Liability

CRENVOK provides high-end games equipment for user sessions. Users acknowledge:

• Equipment is provided "as is" for games purposes. CRENVOK is not liable for lost game progress or data.
• Users are responsible for the secure storage of personal belongings. CRENVOK provides lockers but is not liable for theft.
• CRENVOK is not responsible for any personal injury resulting from prolonged games sessions.
• In the event of equipment malfunction, CRENVOK will provide an alternative station or a refund for the affected session time.

5. Tournaments

Participation in CRENVOK-organized esports tournaments is subject to additional tournament-specific rules announced at registration. By registering, participants agree to:

• CRENVOK's authority as final arbiter in all match disputes
• The published prize structure and payout schedule
• Broadcasting and recording of their gameplay for promotional purposes
• Zero-tolerance policy for cheating and unsportsmanlike conduct

6. Intellectual Property

All content on crenvok.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CRENVOK Games Club and protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Website Use

Our website is for informational purposes. You may not:

• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, CRENVOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

10. Changes to Terms

CRENVOK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
